Action Restoration Hosts Water Mitigation & Mold Awareness Seminar
“Action Restoration / Water Out of Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana & PSC out of Louisiana held a water
mitigation & mold awareness seminar this past Friday at the L’auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles, LA. More than 200 people attended including school board members, hospital managers, building appraisers, property owners, apartment associations, real estate agents, insurance companies and adjusters. Action Restoration flooded their 14’ x 8’ x 8’ fully furnished demo trailer at 8:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, and with no extraction, Action started the drying process using their Water Out® trailer. The demo trailer and all furnishings were dry by noon.

Action Restoration also had one of their “Big Dog” dehumidifiers cooling off their three-sided booth which was outside in the 98° heat, and Harley Jeanise gave a presentation on water mitigation and the benefits of using the Water Out® drying process.

Susan Rising, Stan Rising, Todd Bryson, Scott Klingman, Lee Comeaux, James McNeal, Scott Phillips, Chris
Carter, Harley Jeanise, and Kyle McIlheran put on a very impressive showing of the Water Out® drying process and the determination of all Water Out® members to not only bring the best drying technology, but to bring the most ethical, hard working and passionate companies back to the greatest industry. Action Restoration would like to thank Ron Faucet w/ PSC, Bobby Pallermo w/ PSC, Michael Geyer, and Craig Calhoun w/ ThermaPure™ for their help in this seminar.”

Great work to everyone at Action Restoraton for an outstanding effort and great success - you continue to set the bar high for the Water Out® network as well as the industry.

Growth of Water Out of Texas / Action Restoration Noted
"Todd Bryson and Susan Rising, the leaders of the Action Restoration team, have developed the company into a well-known name in Texas and the Southeast United States and a nationally recognized player on the large loss stage. And Action Restoration continues to grow, expanding their Water Out® business into Louisiana and Mississippi.

Action Restoration’s commitment to excellence and advancement is evidenced by the fact that every Action technician is IICRC certified and every piece of restoration equipment is rigorously tested before becoming a part of the Action Restoration toolbox. Action even purchased a duplex home in Texas specifically for testing and educational purposes. The 800 sq ft and 1000 sq ft units that make up the duplex are fully furnished and carpeted with padding. The duplex is continuously flooded in order to provide a fertile testing ground for their equipment and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Water Out® unit.

Action Restoration has proven to be a valuable asset to the Water Out® network as well by assisting
Water Out® members across the country with equipment, technicians and expertise. In just the last few months, Action Restoration has assisted members in projects in California, Michigan, Arizona, Florida and New England.

We thank Todd Bryson and everyone at Action Restoration for their outstanding job in developing
the Water Out® name, strengthening the Water Out® network, and leading by example."
